Troubleshooting training issues

These are some error messages you may encounter while using the Voiceitt app.

1. Error message: “Too much background noise.”

Try to reduce the noise in your environment so Voiceitt can hear you better. If there is a TV or music in the background, turn down the volume, or turn it off completely. Ask the people around you to lower their voices.

2. Error message: “Too noisy.”

Try to reduce the noise in your environment so Voiceitt can hear you better. If there is a TV or music in the background, turn down the volume, or turn it off completely. Ask the people around you to lower their voices.

3. Error message: “Too soft.”

Voiceitt is having trouble hearing you. If possible, try speaking a little louder or move the microphone/device closer to your mouth. You can also use headphones or a microphone to help amplify your voice. 

4. Error message: “Too loud.”

Voiceitt is having trouble hearing you. Try speaking a little softer or move the microphone/device farther from your mouth.

5. Error message: “Check the mic.”

1.  Make sure that your microphone is connected to your device through 

    Bluetooth or a wire.

2. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the microphone.

3. In your Settings, make sure your microphone is enabled for Voiceitt.

6. Error message: “Uh oh! No speech detected.”

Make sure the app is listening when you speak,

  1. Check that the Voiceitt logo changes to a transparent circle that indicates "Listening".

  2. Check that the edges of the circle move when you speak.

  3. If the circle does not move when you speak, try tapping on the microphone to see if noise is detected.

  4. If that fails, go to Settings and make sure your microphone is enabled for Voiceitt. Try closing the app and reopening it.
