Learn how to add shortcut phrases and what they do
Shortcut phrases allow you to say just one word, and when using it in Voiceitt's speal mode, it will say a whole long sentence for you.
Shortcut phrases are available in speak mode only.
How to add a shortcut phrase?
1. Go to the "record" toggle
2. Choose "shortcut phrases"
3. Type in your phrase- at the top line: The word you would like to say, at the bottom line: The sentence you want Voiceitt to type and read out loud when you say the word.

what are shortcut phrases useful for?
1. If you have common phrases you use frequently, and you would like to save your energy by having to talk less
2. If you use Voiceitt to activate smart assistants, save energy and generate more accurate recognition by adding your common commands as a shorcut phrase.

When choosing a word you would say to generate the long phrase: Make sure to use a word you don't commonly use in other contexts. Voiceitt will put in the shortcut phrase instead of using the word you need.
Deleting a shortcut phrase
Click on the phrase you would like to delete, and choose "remove"
